For 20 years, we have been assessing working professionals aged 18 – 65 in 10 countries across Asia Pacific and across 120 ethnic race with a sample size of more than 100,000 individuals using our proprietary recruitment platform and talent acquisition system.

We were supported by a large team of 30 psychologists who interpreted personality and psychometrics assessments during this period on a daily basis.

In order to assess people’s attitudes at work, AttituX platform allows users to create Job List, add Hiring Managers and interviewers and initiate Campaigns (not shown here) with corresponding Candidates Reports once their Drawmetrics are done.

Reports generated can be viewed on the platform on cloud or downloaded as PDF to be shared with candidates (Recommended Page 3 or Page 4 only) or other interviewers, hiring managers or supervisors for performance appraisals as well.
