Willie Cheng Jue Hiang is a well-respected figure in the technology, corporate governance and social space.

He was formerly the Managing Director of Accenture for 26 years and Chairman of the Singapore IT Federation (predecessor of SGTech), inducted into the Hall of Fame in the 2005 Singapore IT Leaders Awards.

In the last two decades, he has been actively engaged in advancing corporate governance through his chairmanship of the Singapore Institute of Directors and board experience in a range of listed and private companies, government organisations, cooperatives and nonprofit organisations.

He has authored several books on charities and was awarded the Public Service Star. He is an honorary fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Singapore Institute of Directors and Singapore Computer Society.

Dr. Lim Cheok Peng

Dr. Lim Cheok Peng is a distinguished member of the healthcare, corporate and social sectors. He has been a medical practitioner for over forty years, specialising in internal medicine and cardiology.

He was the former CEO of Parkway Holdings and Deputy Chairman of IHH Healthcare. He was instrumental in expanding their businesses beyond Singapore into Malaysia, India, China, the Middle East and Turkey.

He currently sits on several boards in the region, including healthcare companies and nonprofit organisations. He recently helped found and mentor a health digital startup. He received a Singapore Medical Association Merit Award for his contributions to the medical profession and service to the community in 2014.

Andrew Chai is an entrepreneur for the last 22 years and inventor of the ground breaking HRTech called Drawmetrics.

Prior to founding AttituX with Willie Cheng and Dr. Lim Cheok Peng, Andrew was instrumental in crafting the human capital strategy for Emirates Airlines and Group for 10 countries in Asia Pacific as recruitment consultant to help Emirates grow by 10 times in 10 years with 150 nationalities working cohesively. He also led All Nippon Airways and China Airlines to become the dominant international carrier against their local competition.

He is a certified Executive Coach from Coach U, USA and worked in numerous job functions 3 Fortune 100 companies for 10 years prior to starting his own HR consultancy practise.
